Newcastle writer and journalist Daniel James will be joined by four new fiction writers for a fascinating panel debate on the power and value of literature.

Marc Nash, author of Three Dreams in the Key of G.
Sophie Hopesmith, author of Another Justified Sinner.
Haroun Khan, author of The Study Circle.
SJ Bradley, author of recently published Guest.

The panel will discuss a range of topics, including why they write, how to get published, questions of genre, experimental fiction, and more. Daniel’s debut novel, The Unauthorised Biography of Ezra Maas, is a compelling and labyrinthine noir about a Newcastle journalist searching for the truth about a reclusive artist. Celebrate with Dan, the panel and other North East writers at the after party at The Town Wall Pub, with special cocktails and live readings. 7pm - free but please book on Eventbrite.
